Refund Policy

Payments are made in cryptocurrency, which can't be reversed, and a license is delivered instantly as a digital product. For that reason, all sales are final.

When we will help

If you paid but never received your license, or were charged twice for the same order, contact support with your payment details and we'll apply the license or sort out the duplicate.

Partial payments

If you sent less than the invoice amount, the payment shows as "partially paid" and no license is applied. Contact support and we'll help you complete it.

Not covered

Bans on servers or Minecraft accounts, a change of mind, or licenses revoked for breaking the terms of service.
